Using the site
You may use this site for its intended purpose: to learn about the council, find a member insurer, and get in touch. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break it, overload it, or access parts you are not meant to.
Our content
The text, images, logo, and design on this site belong to the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for your own purposes without asking. You are welcome to share links to the site. Member and reinsurer logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy and availability
We keep the information on this site current and correct as best we can, but we cannot promise it is always complete or error-free. Cover, pools, forms and the claim process are summarised for guidance; the governing documents and your insurer's policy wording prevail. We aim to keep the site available, but it may occasionally be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Where this site links to another website, such as a member's portal, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for its content. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
